Every municipal police department has at least one officer who has been trained to assist you in this area.
The Union County Prosecutor’s Office also has a Bias Crime Unit, headed by Sgt. Ana Zsak and Sgt. Vince Gagliardi. They work closely with local and state law enforcement professionals to investigate any reported incidents or crimes, and with the Union County Assistant Prosecutors to prosecute the cases.
Sgts. Zsak and Gagliardi, who also serve on the UCHRC, also work with Commissioners to determine what additional course(s) of action can be taken to address and remove, reduce or neutralize the underling causes. |
