The Refugee Resettlement Program provides financial and medical assistance to refugees who meet criteria established by the Federal Government based primarily on humane and/or political factors. One Income Maintenance Worker is assigned to this program full-time. Recently, refugee groups have included people from Southeast Asia, Cuba, and the Soviet Union.
