Undersheriff Green joined the Sheriff's Office in 1989. He was promoted to Sergeant in 1996. During his fifteen years of service, Jerry has worked in the Courts, Fugitive Unit, Transportation Unit and Family Violence Unit, where he has served as the night supervisor for the past two years.

Undersheriff Green is currently in charge of the Sheriff's night operations, Family Violence Unit, Detached Service Personnel and Night Municipal Transportations.
