Specifications and documentation packages are available in the office of the Division of Purchasing, 3rd floor Administration Building, 10 Elizabethtown Plaza & Rahway Avenue, Elizabeth, New Jersey between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or downloaded @ www.njlowestbid.com. The required documentation packages shall be submitted on the forms provided and shall be in accordance with the specifications. The submitted documentation packages shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Rock Salt Documentation” and hand delivered or mailed to reach the Division of Purchasing prior to 11:00 AM, 7/28/2008. No documentation packages will be accepted after 11 AM prevailing time. Once approved by the County Counsel, eligible bidders will be provided with a password and ID number that will allow them to bid at the online auction on 8/28/2008, AT 11:00 A.M. |
