Union County Freeholder Chairman Al Mirabella (2nd R) and Freeholders Chester Holmes (L) and Rick Proctor (R) present Rahway Mayor James Kennedy with a resolution proclaiming Rahway the seat of Union County for June 22, 2006 during a special “mobile meeting” of the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders at Rahway City Hall. The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders hosted “Union County Day” in Rahway June 22 featuring information seminars about county government services and concluded with public meetings of the Freeholder Board at Rahway City Hall.
