Estrada (R) and Freeholder Rick Proctor present Laura Schwab of Westfield with a gift certificate for submitting the winning entry in the Union County “Name the Foal” contest for a colt born to “Miss Piggy” at the county’s Watchung Stable in Mountainside. The Watchung Stable Auxiliary Committee members selected Ms. Schwab’s entry of “Apollo” from more than 300 entries.
