• $110.00 Passport fee-  Check or money order ONLY payable to the “U.S. Department of  State”
• $ 25.00 Execution fee- Cash, check, money order payable to the “Union County Clerk”, Mastercard or Visa
• $ 10.00 Photo- Cash, check, money order, Mastercard, or Visa

CHILDREN ( 15 OR YOUNGER):  Passport valid for 5 years

• $ 80.00 Passport fee- Check or money order ONLY payable to the “U.S. Department of  State”
• $ 25.00 Execution fee- Cash, check, money order payable to the “Union County Clerk” Mastercard, Visa
