All new businesses established in Union County must file a Trade Name with the County Clerk.

Requirements to apply include the following:

• An original application and three (3) copies.
• All four (4) copies must be notarized.
• A $54.00 money order or check payable to Union County Clerk
  must accompany the application.
• Mail original and copies with payment and stamped, self addressed envelope to:

Cancellation of Trade Name

To cancel a Business or Trade Name, you must file a Cancellation with the County Clerk.
Requirements to cancel include the following:

• An original application and two (2) copies.
• All three (3) copies must be notarized.
• A $27.00 money order or check payable to Union County Clerk
  must accompany the cancellation.
• Mail original and copies with payment and stamped, self addressed envelope to:
