The State of New Jersey Fee Schedule

The State of New Jersey, under the provision of Chapter 117 of the Laws of 2003 which was signed into law on July 1, 2003, has revised all recording and filing fees. The law takes effect immediately. The schedule of revised fees applies to all transactions with the County Clerks and Registers of Deeds. All documents and transactions received on July 2, 2003, and thereafter, will be rejected and returned, if they are not tendered or accompanied by the appropriate fees as set forth in the schedule below.
